Service Description

We are aware that not everyone can make it to the clinic. We offer home visits to all self-managed and plan-managed NDIS patients and Homecare package clients. We will bring any equipment needed for your rehab and complete relevant assessments and treatments from the comfort of your own home.

To Cancel or Reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $20
